We chose Speedway Volkswagen for one simple reason. They advertised and offered the most favorable Sign and Drive lease deal on the Tiguan of any VW dealer in the city. Perhaps most importantly, it wasn’t a loss leader type of deal. There wasn't just "one available at this price". They had numerous vehicles available, all at comparable savings. Amanda was straightforward and easy to work with.

This was our first time dealing with Speedway Subaru after moving here from Lafayette. We had a good experience all around. I checked in online at night and got an appointment for the next morning, which wouldn’t have happened in Lafayette. The drop-off was very easy. We were greeted before we even got to the door and treated in a very friendly fashion. Even though a lot of services were added beyond the original issue, the car was still ready by mid-afternoon. The main problem we wanted fixed was taken care of to our satisfaction, a safety-critical problem was discovered and repaired, and we added some periodic maintenance that had gone undone for a while.

The employees are very, very kind, professional, and compassionate. The cars are amazing. The Subaru crosstrek (2024) has saved me from many car wrecks. I will always buy a Subaru, just as my best friend always has stood by as well. Thank you Subaru, for keeping me safe and looking out for me.

Sales person, Amanda, was knowledgeable, professional and sensitive to our needs. I was impressed that she responded so quickly to my request after work hours to set up an appointment the following Monday. While the car I was initially interested in had sold she found another that ticked all the boxes.

Alex was an awesome salesman. I came from 2.5 hours north so we had to communicate via text mostly and he was super helpful throughout the entire process and afterwards. I cannot recommend Speedway Volkswagen enough! Betsy helped us with our corporate lease, and was so great! She even recommended a nice place for my son and I to get a milkshake and it also did not disappoint. Never been to a car lot like this before. Was no pressure to purchase anything. They did a dealer trade to get us the exact car we wanted. We got offered a very good price for our car. We used sales guy Gene Neal, he was a pleasant guy to work with. He also worked it out for 2 add on’s to be done very quickly.

We have been coming to Speedway for service for over 3 years ago, when we bought our second Subaru from them. The guys, especially Tony and Ryan, have been so consistently helpful and enjoyable to work with that we take our older Subaru to them, too, even though they are further away that the original dealer. It's literally "worth the drive" to us!

Tony was very kind and communicative. They got everything done in a timely manner and were very helpful when it came to what services I needed. I had a great experience. Pricing felt a little high but I also did not call around because I would prefer to pay a little more to know it was done by Subaru experts.

Gene was so professional! He made my car buying experience hassle free. He was able to arrange a very quit closing with Jon Wilson, so I could make it work on time. Jon did an outstanding job explaining the closing process. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Speedway Service really came through with compassion and expertise when we needed it. We have been Service clients since we bought our Outback. I was. Going to schedule routine service a week out when a family emergency came up. I explained the situation and and a I requested the 6 mo. service because I knew we would be putting around 2000 mi. on the car before we returned. They even fixed a loose heat shield. Pretty sure someone had a Late lunch that day, but the scheduling manager really blessed our family when we needed it, as did the mechanics. Speedway hires and retains good people.
