I checked in online at night and got an appointment for the next morning, which wouldn’t have happened in Lafayette. The drop-off was very easy. We were greeted before we even got to the door and treated in a very friendly fashion. Even though a lot of services were added beyond the original issue, the car was still ready by mid-afternoon. The main problem we wanted fixed was taken care of to our satisfaction, a safety-critical problem was discovered and repaired, and we added some periodic maintenance that had gone undone for a while. ”
